Flowfab early access builds are provided for evaluation, feedback, and workflow testing by fabrication and machining businesses.
Early access builds should not be used as the only source of truth for production quoting.

These terms apply to early Flowfab website use, early access, and Windows desktop private pilot builds. Formal commercial licence terms may be updated before paid releases.
Early access build use
Flowfab early access builds are provided so fabrication and machining businesses can evaluate the workflow, test estimating scenarios, and provide practical feedback.
Early access builds may contain bugs, incomplete features, changing workflows, and limitations. Features may be added, removed, or changed as Flowfab develops.
Manual quote review required
Flowfab supports estimating and quote preparation, but you remain responsible for checking all outputs before using them commercially.
Before sending a quote to a customer, manually review all material costs, labour times, quantities, margins, section costs, assembly costs, drawing assumptions, customer details, and exported quote information.
No uncontrolled production reliance for early access builds
Early access builds should not be treated as the sole authority for production-critical pricing, quoting, purchasing, manufacturing, scheduling, or contractual decisions.
We recommend testing Flowfab first with sample jobs or previously completed jobs so results can be compared against known estimates and real business expectations.
Desktop-first software
Flowfab is being developed as a Windows desktop estimating and workflow tool. V1 is local-file-first and does not include cloud job storage as part of the normal estimating workflow.
Future versions may include optional connected services such as licence activation, update checks, payments, or optional cloud backup.
Not a replacement for professional judgement
Flowfab is a tool to assist with fabrication and machining estimating workflows. It does not replace professional estimating judgement, engineering review, drawing review, commercial review, or customer approval processes.
Not a full ERP, CAD, CAM, or accounting system
Flowfab is focused on estimating and workflow support. It is not intended to replace your CAD system, CAM software, accounting package, full ERP, MRP, payroll system, or legal/commercial review process.
No warranty for early access builds
Early access builds are provided for evaluation and feedback. They are provided as-is, without a guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every workflow, or compatible with every system configuration.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, bug reports, workflow suggestions, or improvement ideas, Flowfab may use that feedback to improve the product.
Please do not send confidential customer files, restricted drawings, or sensitive commercial information unless you are comfortable sharing them for support or feedback purposes.
