Flowfab is being built as a Windows desktop estimating and workflow tool. Normal estimating work is intended to run locally, without requiring constant internet access.

This Privacy Policy explains how Flowfab handles information during the website, early access, and private pilot software stage.
Local desktop use
Flowfab is designed as a desktop-first application. Jobs, drawings, estimates, quote information, and working files are intended to remain local on your computer unless you choose to send files or information to us for support or feedback.
Flowfab V1 does not rely on cloud job storage as part of the normal estimating workflow.
Information you may provide
You may provide information when contacting Flowfab for early access, support, bug reports, download issues, or workflow feedback.
This may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name
- Your business type
- Feedback about Flowfab
- Bug reports or support messages
- Screenshots or example files you choose to share
Support files and examples
If you send drawings, job files, screenshots, quotes, or other examples for support, we will use them only to understand the issue, improve Flowfab, or respond to your request.
Do not send confidential customer files, sensitive commercial information, or restricted drawings unless you are comfortable sharing them for support purposes.
Website and email
The Flowfab website may receive basic technical information through normal website hosting, such as page requests, browser type, and general traffic information.
If you email Flowfab, your message and email address will be used to respond to your enquiry.
What Flowfab does not do in V1
- Flowfab does not provide cloud job storage in V1.
- Flowfab does not require a customer portal for normal early access use.
- Flowfab does not sell customer job data.
- Flowfab does not act as a full ERP, CAD, CAM, or accounting system.
Future services
Later versions may add online payment, licence activation, update checks, optional cloud backup, or customer account services. If those services are added, this Privacy Policy should be updated to explain what information is collected and why.
